Senegalese wrestling, also known as Lamb, is a very popular sport in Senegal, inspiring passion and bringing people together. This activity, in addition to its strong athletic dimension, also incorporates culture and folklore. This workshop takes place at Cassation Beach in Dakar. During the workshop, you will learn more about what this sport represents for Senegalese people, and you can participate in a training session, or even a match for the bravest among you. As this is a women-only activity, women can attend the training sessions but cannot participate in the matches with the wrestlers. However, you can certainly try out a few holds with other women if you wish (in this case, choose the women's rate).
